Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Identify clients’ needs and recommend appropriate insurance products (auto, home, life, health, and more).
  • Educate clients on coverage options and benefits of State Farm policies.
  • Achieve sales goals and contribute to overall agency growth.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and product updates.
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
